Baby Steps International Adoption

Baby Steps International Adoption agency specializes in uniting Guatemalan orphans with loving families across the United States.  We were founded upon the ideal that every child deserves the opportunity to grow to their full potential within the security of a loving family, and every family deserves the opportunity to nurture and love a child.

Baby Steps International Adoption agency works with adoptive families through every step of the Guatemala adoption process.  We help both married couples and single parents.  Although toddlers and older children are available for Guatemalan adoption, most placements are of infants under twelve months.  Most babies live with loving foster families until the Guatemala adoption proceedings are finalized and they are able to join their forever families.    

We know that once you make the decision to adopt in Guatemala, waiting to be matched with your child is extremely difficult.  Therefore we make every effort to keep the length of time families must wait to a minimum.  Currently, we do not have a waiting list for babies for adoption in Guatemala.
